Diamond Bay can service loans that may be difficult or impossible to obtain from a bank. Because Diamond Bay is a
private lender, larger loans may be supplied with more flexible terms.
Cross-collaterization also provides borrowers with more options to use when the loan-to-value becomes too high on a specicific property.
Borrowers may choose to fund a loan through private lending to due to circumstances such as:
